Stol is 1673 meter high peak located in the Julian Alps mountain range. The peak is located 3 km northeast from the center of Breginj and 4 km southwest from the center of Žaga. The nearest mountain hut is Dom Petra Skalarja, located 8km north. Closer is bivouac Bivak pod Muzcem, which is located 3km to the west-northwest. North-northeast of the summit is the valley Krnica and a marked path leads to the top.
