Trudnik is 992 meter high peak. The peak is located 3 km northeast from the center of Koritnice and 3 km south-southeast from the center of Juršče. The nearest mountain hut is Mašun, located 4km east-southeast. A little further is hunting cottage Lovska koča. 6 km west-northwest of the peak there is lake Veliko Drskovško jezero. South of the summit is the valley Mrzla dolina.
