Well yeah, as for fitness no problem.
As for fear, as I say, it's interesting to me that some paths or sections are secured, though (at least to me) they don't seem problematic.
After all (not boasting, on the contrary) via Tominšek we whole hiking club some good 15 years ago reached Kredarica without any climbing harness or self-belay set. Back then I didn't even know about climbing harnesses or self-belay sets, because I signed up for the tour overnight when I saw the notice on the club board, where it wasn't noted that personal protection is needed. Only on Triglav I noticed some hikers using harnesses.
Today of course I have all necessary gear, but it seems to me that on some tours where self-belay set is recommended it's not that necessary, while on others, like I mentioned Jalovec here, I'd wish for more cables.
Anyway, where does it say all peaks need to be "wired", some are just reserved for the best.
