Since I see the topic has woken up a bit again... well no epilogue yet, but I did something I wouldn't have even dreamed of a good month ago... I reported them to the market inspectorate. Well, before that a lady at the Ministry of Economy (consumer advice) confirmed after event description that it's a direct violation of Article 26 of the Consumer Protection Act by the hut keeper.

I'll use the page to praise hut keeper Franc and his assistant Ajda in the hut at Ledine! Both can be an example to many hut keepers (even nearby)! Food tasty, no skimping, rooms clean and tidy, both warm and friendly people and keep it up, one returns to such a hut with pleasure!

Dolič hut 23-24 August 2016.
Very friendly welcome, very young staff. Excellent offer and first time for us half-board.
For 32.00€ sleeping in room (very clean and tidy), dinner (goulash with side and for dessert two spread crepes. Breakfast eggs with bacon, bread and tea). All food very well prepared.
Staff very friendly to all hikers, mountaineers and casual visitors.
Also at Planika and Vodnikova we were friendly welcomed and served, so I really suspect something wrong with those individuals who constantly complain on this forum.

Prices for that hut in Austria really can't be compared to our high alpine posts. Look up price lists in our mid-mountain and then compare.
Once again all praise to the young team at Dolič.

So, one addition regarding the post from 22.7.2016. Hut keeper Marija Bevk issued invoice (56€ for 4 people) in accordance with PD Gorje price list and rules, which however were contrary to Article 6 of the Consumer Protection Act against unfair business practices according to subsequent findings of the market inspector. Since there was no allegation of deliberate fraud by hut keeper Marija Bevk from my side, I sincerely apologize to her here for the statement posted on forum 22.7.2016.
PD Gorje is said to have also remedied irregularities, which I cannot confirm for sure.

Of all this year's experiences I had by far the worst with the hut at Dolič regarding friendliness. After 2 days of hiking I arrived at the hut before 8, where the main keeper insulted me personally. I find that unacceptable and extremely inappropriate. Of course it was immediately felt that he wanted to fleece the customer as much as possible.
Normally I'd be quiet, but in this case NO, because I didn't have such negative experiences with other huts. The others - younger team - behaved fine and appropriately. He won't see me nor my folks anymore.

What surprises me most is that this is the only comment/entry on this forum since 2017. With rare exceptions, this is a fairly credible forum, so I agree with Aljoman that a more concrete description of the problem is needed.
