I'm deciding to buy shoes. I really like Alpina LADAKH CLASSIC - 62992. I'm also interested in some easy winter ascent where I'll probably need crampons. I'm curious what you recommend and whether it's advisable to strap them on these shoes, which basically I think aren't mountaineering and winter ones. Thanks.

I'm very interested and would like to visit some peak in winter, but I'd like to learn something in this area first with some course or experienced mountaineers. In summer I visit mountains in Slovenia a lot, mostly alone, but in winter that doesn't seem smartest to me, especially since I have no experience. So is there some course or guided ascent?

Which Alpina boots should I buy?
I'd like winter ones, such that crampons can be attached to them too.
Somehow leaning towards TETON and LHOTSE. Mainly interested in their weight.
Are also model Nepal, Tibet or Ladakh suitable for winter and especially for crampon attachment. Oh and also, what crampons for which of these boots?

I have quite some experience with summer ascents, but I'd really like to go to the mountains in winter for the first time. I'm wondering if there are any organized ascents; it would be great if someone with experience [joins]. Also interested in some course of this type. Thanks
