It will hold, but you still need to get to Kamniško sedlo and descend from Kokrško sedlo to the valley, so you need another 3-5 hours depending on where you start.

Yes, it's very demanding orientation-wise, as you quickly end up in some hard climbing. I was up there twice before the aforementioned fire, and I think it was one of the nicest paths in the Kamniks. Then once after the fire it was very dangerous because there's nothing to hold onto (burnt scree, undergrowth burnt to the rocks). From Jermanca to Brana summit 4 hours. First time with alpinist friend we got a bit stuck, good we had 30m rope with us.
