I'm wondering how you imagine the "copyright protection of photographs" that you mention in the terms of use (at the bottom of the page, above ads), given that I've seen my own pics in other sections (alpine animals) with changed description and without author credit. At first I was honored, but below the ads keep changing!?

If a mountaineer "burdens" himself with a helmet, his weight increases by 0.7%. For 0.7% increased work it's in this case 12 height meters, that is 2 minutes (if you go on all fours). But we shouldn't spoil Tadeja's will, when Franc takes her on the tour they will surely be fully equipped!

This herd in Kamniks was lying across the path (seen on first pic). With my son we approached to ca 5m, waved, clapped and shouted but they just watched us and chewed. Then we climbed the bypass, down the slope the lady finally stood up (pic 2). Those three small ones were more shy (zoom to end), unlike the old buck which I spotted in the last moment and he totally scared himself.
Sometimes a curious one joins and walks parallel on its paths. Chamois are shyer, ibex are kings! Take the kids in spring over Sovatna to Kriske meadows, you'll see something! LP

With pleasure, in such weather and conditions I prefer to browse the archive at home. And since a kind word finds a kind place I'm attaching some more wildlife from the Kamnik Alps.

That's why I suggested summer and winter gear, because end of October on Škrlatica the sun was really hot, snow just enough to cool the water, Triglav was white - very similar situation. That's it, maybe we meet up high there!

Why show off, are seracs falling?
Miss, Škrlatica clears fast from the south, so crampons and ice axe for backup and t-shirt and shorts too. Regards D
