What kind of vegans? From the definition or different ones? Quote:
"Veganism is a way of living which seeks to exclude (as far as is possible and practicable) all forms of cruelty and exploitation of animals for food, clothing or any other purpose."
Unfertilized eggs, cheese, milk are OK then, if obtained with the producer's consent. "As far as possible" means that if it's not possible (because you don't have time to prepare 5 types of kosher, halal, vegetarian, vegan and even regular dishes) meat is OK. So all huts comply with vegan beliefs.
