Hello, I'm wondering if anyone has been to Grintovec these days, what are the conditions, need for winter gear? Planning to head to Grintovec on Sunday, any info would be appreciated.

Snow starts at cca 2300m, on the top a good meter, if not more. Markings invisible, in fog conditions not at all friendly. Lp

Was anyone up there these days? We're planning to go up a bit tomorrow, interested in the snow/ice conditions.

Yesterday really gorgeous weather, otherwise as Domch said, a bit trudging, a bit nice on hard snow... Road to Mitnek bp, from there I took 4h10 to top, well not fast in snow  regards from Maribor
