I don't know which path you mean. Because there is no walking path from Belopeška lakes. Unless you first climb to Middle Ponca and traverse the ridge to Vevnica, which is half climbing. Directly to Vevnica is only the via della vita ferrata, which is also very demanding. But the path is without peculiarities and dry, we walked/climbed it last week. Best regards and good luck!

From Prtovč you start towards Razor, when you reach the place where the path levels out a bit and turns into a cart track and where there's a sign on the right for the hunting hut, you continue sharply left onto the cart track that soon ends, but you turn right earlier onto the unmarked path over Špičke, which is hard to find, the path rises steeply right away. I was this week in those parts, road after end of asphalt to parking under Planina Podvežak in bad condition, car I left there got muddy

Today I visited the ferrata to the Czech hut for the first time, park at the cargo cableway and head to the wall, after cca 20 min faster walking I arrive under the wall and prepare for entry. The initial part is quite demanding, especially at the exit from the first part (apparently it can be bypassed on an easier route), as I enter the second part a helicopter starts flying above me, which as I noticed later was rescuing two ahead of me who got a bit off route and obviously completely stuck, not entirely clear to me how they managed that since you're always secured to the cable along the route. The second part of the ferrata is somewhat easier, towards the top there was also some frozen snow. But definitely worth going on weekdays, no crowds, otherwise you wait a lot.
