Path to Vrh Planj almost doesn't exist - but the ridge where it runs is not hard to follow. I followed it several times from the path coming from Mangart pasture, terrain is nicely passable without major issues. Summit is overgrown and no great views. Orientation is harder on descent. I preferred to stick more to the left (looking down) - towards Mangart stream the terrain is steeper with some drops. Endpoint is always the water intake pipeline for the hydropower plant.

Yes, it's the upper path between Stožje and Vraška škrbina - above Remšendol.
But I really can't find any instructions on the first page, apologies.

The summit logbook is already completely full - let some good soul heading up take a notebook along.

Yesterday I was up there, some snow still under the summit jump and in the gully, but it can be bypassed and doesn't cause problems.
