18.2. road plowed despite light snowfall Fri to Sat. Few cm new snow. No tolls. Trail ratracked and practically no sinking. Tobogganing to valley phenomenal.

On Saturday we went as a family to less visited hills south of Slavnik. The plan was to ascend Kojnik, Golič and Lipnik, but had to skip the latter due to end of day. Started from Podgorje. Path is nice, partly lightly snowy which doesn't cause issues. Recommend also for families with small kids.

Yesterday's late afternoon tour to Možic and Slatnik was nice but cold. On the direct path from Soriška planina there's plenty of snow, the path wasn't well trodden yet and snowshoes were very handy. Saturday's adventure to Zajamniki was unforgettable. A real winter fairy tale. To the junction to Uskovnica the path was nice, after the junction trodden only by 4 pairs of feet ahead of us. Snowshoes would sometimes come in handy. Super, unforgettable trip, suitable also with kids. More pics at www.matjazcorel.com
