From Bohinjska Bistrica through Korita to Jereko and right towards Pokljuka. In Koprivnik straight on, through Gorjuše to the top of the climb. When it levels out a bit, there is a turnoff right towards Belska planina, past the planina continue on gravel, then right onto the cart track towards Galetovec. Short climb, then first opening of the electric fence on the descent, then another, and I don't know how many more. To climb to the top of Galetovec, you need to either leave the bike by some spruce or carry it to the top for approx. 10-15 minutes. Descent back to the bike, then continue on the cart track and again opening and closing the electric fence N times. Down the steep cart track to the gravel road, across the road onto the grassy cart track - marked path - and along it across planina Za jamo to the gravel road, left then descent on the road to Obrne. Return to Bohinjska Bistrica a few kilometers on the main road through Soteska, then before the bridge over Sava Bohinjka left onto the gravel path which continues as a cart track and along it past the Grmečica waterfall to Bohinjska Bistrica.

Some measures are still good despite everything. The PCT enforcement condition can also be interpreted as a useful measure for the unvaccinated - it prevents the unvaccinated from visiting places where the possibility of infection transmission is uncontrolled: restaurants, accommodations, hotels, concert venues, maybe even faculties, etc., in short all places where PCT certificate is mandatory. Vaccinated have access to these places, who can still transmit the virus and purely regulatorily, vaccinated are allowed that. And because of that, the decision of a responsible adult who is aware of himself and that he is responsible for his own health himself, to give up visiting such places as much as possible. Each individual can also contribute something to protecting their health with this.

Probably not with such words as written above. That's how I manage to write my self-understanding, everyone can interpret my words as they like.

for reflection: why does every human being have reason and free will? Isn't it the responsibility and right of each of us to use and express it? So: if someone is convinced that e.g. digitalization makes stupid, that's his conviction, he chose it that way, life enabled him to choose that. But it also enabled him to choose that digitalization does not make stupid, but he didn't choose that option, the reasons are in him himself, he has such ideas and convictions about digitalization. All ok. And maybe because of concluding from himself to the masses, he also sees in many others that digitalization has made them stupid. But that doesn't mean it's true, it just means that this someone believes it, it just means it's his idea about others. Only when this other believes his words do those words have meaning for him too. But everyone has their own reason and free will to choose whether to believe certain words or not. And again we're at the ego. The ego will react because it feels judged, the true self will be aware that these are the contents of another and will be able to distinguish itself from it and just observe it and be aware of itself and separation from others' ideas. The words of someone else influence us only when we ourselves or our ego choose to believe them. When we are able to be aware of our individuality, we are able to remain unattached to the content of others' messages, we are able to receive the diversity of others and we are able to give up the need to change others.

@gely Just commenting on the last paragraph. The ego problem is that ego is convinced of some of its ideas and in everything it reads, sees, hears, experiences it seeks only confirmation of its ideas and beliefs - selective reason. Of course there are reasons for such beliefs and ideas about other people in each individual, each has created them himself based on himself and his past experiences. A person kidnapped by ego is not able to admit, not able to see that reality is sometimes also different from his beliefs, ego simply won't allow it. Admitting a mistake is not ego's ability, it's the ability of that part of the human who is or should be able to control, observe, limit and master the ego. We all carry such abilities in us and maybe the epidemic time was also time and opportunity to deal more with ourselves, to find the true self in us, our unexpressed qualities and abilities.

Hm, but then I can't use the voucher that's left. But... well, if I can't invest it in boosting tourism and hospitality, let it stay with the state, and the state will spend it wisely, right::

ok, can I then make such a conclusion:
those who diligently obeyed the decrees get to waste money as a reward for certain services (accommodation, indoor restaurant visit and all other services where PCT condition applies), those who somehow solved their status themselves and recovered from COVID themselves, get to "save" on those same services as a reward.

thanks for the explanations. I'm interested if with such a certificate as Aljoman mentions you meet the PCT condition to use accommodation capacities in Slovenia (e.g. overnight in a mountain hut).

Question: why do so-called registered recovered have a different status than unregistered. Explanation: registered recovered here mean those who went to their family doctor when symptoms appeared or did a test for any other reason and tested positive, were in quarantine (at least officially they should have been) and are recorded in some records as recovered.
But there are also recovered who didn't test, who didn't burden the health system, but recovered from the disease at home (or elsewhere), according to the current system these recovered have no way to get a certificate that they recovered. Even though experts acknowledge that such recovered really exist. Correct me if I'm wrong!

Education maybe really has no connection, but job does. Those with higher salaries got vaccinated and will get vaccinated to fulfill the PCT condition to go on vacation. Those with lower salaries don't have much left for vacation and don't need to get vaccinated.

Afternoon tour: Ljubljana Bokalce-Stranska vas-Šujica-Polhov Gradec-Petačev graben-Črni vrh-Staniše-Bodovlje-Puštal-Sora.... Nice tour for the day after rain, when forest paths still muddy, gravel nice to ride. And apricots for dinner were waiting along the path.

Yesterday from the Hrastnica valley to St. Ožbolt. Descent to St. Andrew still muddy in places, further to Bodovlje on the last descent still quite a lot of leaves. Caution and speed control recommended. Nice circular tour with easy descent for the start of the season.

First three hours cycling, then three hours cleaning and storing. All together one big pleasure

This weekend to Konjščica pasture. Road from Uskovnica to Konjščica pasture newly gravelled, praise to agricultural community for invested effort. Expectations that I manage to ride full ascent fulfilled, and nothing critically bad. Descent back to chapel at Uskovnica then over Praprotnica and Zajamnike, past Peč, Konjska dolina, Jelje to Sp.Goreljek, descent to Koprivnik and further through Podjelje to Jereka. Does maybe someone know some descent that wouldn't go on asphalt?
