We're planning a trip towards the coast - is anything still/already blooming on Slavnik? This year the weather isn't very favorable to little flowers.

I'm also warming up for buying snowshoes. Last year I borrowed TSL 227 in Iglusport. Satisfied with them. This year they don't have them in assortment, their purchasing salesman recommended 226 RANDO to me, which should be almost half kilo lighter than tested. 62 cm long. Now on sale. Don't need for high mountains, but more mid-mountains and plateaus like Pokljuka.

What are your experiences?

What are your experiences with Planika Jalovec Lady mountaineering boots? Lately I've been wearing La Sportiva, which is a bit too narrow in the front part of the foot, which shouldn't be a problem with Planika. But I'm worried the heel might slip.
