For this vertical via ferrata the girl has a completely inappropriate harness set. From the pictures it's clear that the attachment carabiner is somewhere between her legs. If there was a slip-fall in the vertical it would surely flip the girl around and she would hit the rocks with her head.
In verticals a harness set is mandatory, which consists of upper and lower belt parts and attachment point in the upper part of the chest piece.
Such sets are more expensive but much safer if a fall happens. This applies only to via ferratas which have a lot of vertical or even overhanging sections. I have already explained this once on this portal.
