On Friday we plan to go over Komna past Triglav Lakes to the Prehodavci Hut. What do you advise regarding the weather and difficulty of the tour?

Yesterday I came down from Triglav. Fantastic weather. We went from Pokljuka to Planika and then the same day to Triglav and back to Planika. Next day we descended to Dolič and on to Sedmerih Jezer then over Komna to Koča pri Savici. The tour was really very long but worth seeing.

Thanks for the info, I've been to Triglav twice already so I think there will be no problems.

I'm interested in how Tominšek's path compares to the path from Kredarica to Triglav, which one is more demanding? Thanks. Regards.

Also, from Lepene it's two hours walk just to Krn Lake from where you see Krn itself.

From the Lepene Valley it's about 6 hours with stops; it kinda drags. It could be done in one day but it's pretty strenuous.

I was on Krn this year on 1st and 2nd August. This tour is not so demanding but long and better suited for two days. Interesting tour from Lepena valley. Still recommend take someone who's already been to Krn with you. I think Krn is quite suitable for beginners. Best regards. And lots of enjoyment in the mountains.

I went to Triglav last year without any preparation, and that was my first summit, I had no problems at all. But it's true I had an experienced mountaineer with me. So without a guide don't go anywhere. And also: choose an easier route (Pokljuka, Krma). Best regards.

I'm also going this weekend to Triglav, specifically Sunday and Monday. I've been up once but do you recommend (regarding the weather)?
