Today to Blegoš from Črni Kal direction via direct path up and back past the hut. Proper winter conditions. Path is trodden.

Today nice sunny day on Viševnik. Path from Pokljuka well trodden. Crampons ease walking, not necessary. Snow on top blown away. Like us, our four-legged friend enjoyed it too, path more than suitable for dogs.

Yes, the path is officially closed. Yesterday (8. 7.) the hut warden told us that the scree leading to the base of the wall is unstable. Since we were already there and ready for the ascent, we decided anyway to go check the scree to see how it looked. On the left side of the scree there are visible traces of collapse, but that part is quite far from the path leading to the base of Cjajnik, which is on the right side of the scree. So we crossed the scree, specifically the lower part. The crossing was, except for the unpleasant uphill walk on the scree, completely without problems. This was followed by the ascent to Cjajnik, which was pure enjoyment for me. Excellently secured climbing path, which is of course suitable only for well psychophysically prepared hikers with proper equipment (helmet, via ferrata set, gloves).

Today we went to Stol, from Valvazor along the Žirovnica path. With the car we got almost to Valvazor. Conditions in the lower part of the path were completely spring-like. Higher up the snow was already nicely softened, but it was nice to walk. Our four-legged friend had no problems at all. At the summit we sunned ourselves amid fantastic views. In short, recommended!

Yesterday we were on Debela peč. A trodden path leads to the summit. Snow was still a bit frozen in the morning, later it softened a lot. Sun warmed us the whole way. Views from the top excellent. In short, nice day.
