Hello, I'm interested in how it's done here regarding sleeping in a tent in the mountains. This year I'd like to try sleeping once there under Grintavec, first day climb to it then sleep in tent, second day to Skuta and back to valley. I know there's bivouac under Grintavec nearby but it's more for the experience, does anyone know the rules? Thanks

I'm wondering about this peak here on Hribi.net; it's marked as 2797m. If I check Wiki or elsewhere, it's marked as 3360m. Is it the same mountain or what?

How wide are those snow patches and where approximately are they located, thanks

Hello, has anyone been around here recently? Does snow still persist especially from Czech Hut to Mlinarsko sedlo? On 5.8.2014 I'd go there but I'm interested if anyone has any information, thanks kindly.

Yeah, nothing to it, the Czechs would say. One night I'll sleep up there between the bivouac under Grintavec and Mlinarsko sedlo, so far from the path, probably no problem.

Hello, I would ask for info regarding the mentioned path in terms of difficulty. Last week I was on Storžič through Žrelo and it didn't seem particularly demanding to me. Somehow I don't feel like going over the roof, because it seems to me that then the mountain loses its charm and grandeur, if you understand what I mean. Thanks for the info

Hello, I'm from Celje and pretty new in this sport, interested when best to try to reach Ojstrica, drive from Celje to start is probably long, then ascent and descent same way, want to do in one day, please if anyone has a smart tip, thanks. And one more question: allowed to sleep in tent on the mountain?

Hello, I'm pretty new here and interested when you can go to Ojstrica, I mean when snow melts there. I'd go from the hut at Razpotje over Škarje and return the same way the same day. Is the descent down the same way demanding? Thanks for answers.
