Hi!

I'm interested in how I can use a GPS track, e.g. at night or in deep snow when markings and paths aren't visible, to walk only by GPS instructions.

I use SportyPal to record the route, but the program doesn't allow loading other tracks.

Which apps support this?

The path to Donačka is super maintained. Shortcuts are completely unnecessary.
Whoever goes to Donačka via shortcuts is anti-hiker, nature destroyer, obviously someone who cares little for anything else but their own ass.
The highest possible penalty for such freaks would be too little.

Hurried yeah. That was already a real panic sprint, when a mooing cow chases you, and in the distance you hear more cows charging at you.

Recently above Mozirje hut on Golte, or under Boskovec I had an unpleasant adventure with cows and electric fences.
First we met cows at a 10 m distance, quietly and calmly went past them, then they "hunted us". One was especially persistent, as she went even over the electric fence, through dense spruce, over rocks.

Very, very unpleasant, because you don't know what will happen if she catches you.
In the end we hid so they went past us, we back on the path.
I believe it wouldn't have ended well.
