Airlines are tightening carry-on luggage size conditions... I'm buying a new hiking backpack approx 30l+ and wondering if anyone recently traveled with such and took it as carry-on on plane?
Limit is 35x35x55

Tissues are also a problem... I don't understand how no one can tuck it somewhere under moss or rubble, rock etc so it's not visible. Or cover with cones, branches... a bit of imagination to engage.

@Daaam, I was thinking that would be the next step. But I doubt you'll be able to drive further. The upper parking is also being arranged, at least it looks like or they're fixing the road there at the starting point.

Yesterday morning they also put up a sign for paying parking fees in Kamniška Bistrica in front of the hut at the parking, one was short parking, don't remember how long, I think 3 eur, daily car 10 eur and motorhome 25 (?). Later they covered the sign with black vinyl, for now it's not active yet, but it will be in the future.

Get ready and use this starting point before they start ripping us off here too.

I agree with a small parking fee e.g. up to 5 eur per day, but 10 really doesn't seem fair to me.

This year blueberries are there, but under Pohorje by us there aren't yet.

I crave them. Where are you already picking them this year, maybe around Celje, or elsewhere?

Some yesterday's from Peca. Starting point mine in Topla, Knepsovo sedlo, Končnikov vrh, Kordeževa glava-Peca and over Mala Peca back to Topla.

If you can, better avoid the road from Dravograd to Črno, because traffic lights everywhere along the road, they're always repairing the storm-damaged road...someone told me couldn't park at Jakobe yesterday due to works.

I think if the pack is hungry or has pups, no food, it attacks humans too.
Somehow I think noise (like with bears) will drive them maybe to Austria, snowmobiles, motorcyclists...

Once a friend who lives nearby took me into this tunnel. Very interesting thing, but you have to be quite careful where you walk, especially in the upper floor, so you don't fall into some hole, since it's not finished. I wouldn't go inside alone. But it's fascinating to see it.
