Greetings to both. My name is Bogdan ROjS from Lenart. Unlike you (otherwise I am a sworn hiker and alpinist), in these corona times I went on PPP by bike and must say it's made for cycling, while for hiking (read more walking) on often boring flat roads and field paths it is not much of a highlight. But it is wonderful to bike on it, especially on the hills of Slovenske gorice, Jeruzalem, Lendava hills, Goričko and elsewhere, also flat parts, understand. I plan to publish on Hribi.net some bike variant of PPP or better Via Pomurje in pictures and text (updating descriptions), because in nature many sections of PPP run differently than drawn on geopedija electronic map and Pomurje maps available to me. Anyway, important that we enjoy these paths.

On Saturday I climbed to Planjava over Srebrno sedlo. We three started the ascent at the parking behind planina Podvežak. Road clear, except last 500 m some snow. Snow conditions excellent. To Korošica no problems. Further towards Srebrno sedlo (cca. 40 min) slightly sinking (rotten snow). Further again excellent conditions (packed frozen snow). At altitude cca. 2000 m my two companions decided to turn back, I continued to the summit. After 6 hours reached the top. On descent the last 2 hours night caught me. After 10 hours we finished the tour back at planina Podvežak. Magnificent but very long tour.

Yesterday with friend in really excellent conditions (packed partly icy snow, no wind, gorgeous clear weather) we summited Veliki vrh. To planina Podvežak road easily drivable (no chains needed). On road some snow only right at the end. We used crampons from saddle (1900m) to summit and back. It was so hard that gaiters weren't needed at all. Really fantastic. Given current conditions I'm thinking it would be worth trying Planjava next week
