The road is in an extremely deplorable state after the recent heavy rain and is justifiably closed for that reason alone.

At the forest road junction to planina Konjščica there is a new traffic sign prohibiting traffic for all vehicles (except landowners and forestry).

Hats off to you, really. Everyone just sees those 20 eu, which is really expensive, but that someone leaves car at Senožeta parking for 5 eu whole day and goes free with van to Blato, no way. Many who go to Bohinj would love to drive with one tire of car into the lake, that's how it is.

Why is the barrier to Planina Blato closed? Because the parking lot and most of the road are still under snow and you can't park. If you leave it by the road, then the TNP supervisor writes you a 500 eu fine.
