Description:
The starting point is La Mina, in Guarrinza (Selva de Oza). The barranco de las Foyas is ascended to reach Foyas de Santa María. Following the GR markers, Puerto del Palo is reached, a border col. From there the slopes of Marmida are ascended to later reach the summit of Lariste. This mountain has several summits linked by a spectacular grassy and rocky ridge.
