18-01-2022: Walking between the two crosses of Follina and Valmareno
A hiking idea that starts right around the corner, so to speak, of Follina. The route begins near Ponte del Cristo on Corin stream, northeast of the abbey along via Pallade. Then enter Fiadora, also called Via dell'Acqua, coinciding with marker no. 1029 skirting for a hundred meters the homonymous stream. The aforementioned Fiadora stream is also called Filadora, as it provided energy to Follina's historic textile workshops. In the past it powered the old wool mill of Palazzo Barberis – Rusca and the abbey in the village center.
