Increasingly often one encounters cyclists in the mountains on “pedal-assist” bikes, the so-called e-bikes or electric bikes, which give them important help on the hardest climbs.
Unfortunately, however, technology has not yet found an analogous “assisted walking” system, so this time we too made use of a surrogate for “assisted ascent”.
