Yes, I deliberately wrote Sv. Vrban - correct, locals pronounce it that way. In correct Slovenian it's Sv. Urban... On Vremščica (and not Vremenščica! as some call Vremščica), narcissuses also grow or again as locals call them vrbanščice (and not urbanščice!)... On Golica they are keyflowers, and no one gets upset because of the local name... And on these forums we can read all sorts of things... Some really try hard and "break" various dialects, so sometimes it's really hard to understand them... Really no need for that, since we all went to Slovenian schools... Otherwise it doesn't bother me particularly... Just that it's nicely readable and makes sense! Regarding the little church on Vremščica, priest Vid Premrl, who is also the author of the little angel by the path to Nanos (which bothered some die-hard so much that he seriously damaged it a few days after it was made) was one of the main initiators and also workers in the renovation of this object... Anyway, good feelings to all visitors of Vremščica!
