mikipi-correct. To the first meadow I walked from the lower road to Črna prst-first sign for Črna prst- on unmarked paths and trackless terrain about three hours. We have the lower and upper road indeed.

Even to me after Šodrovc's hint it's not at all clear which peak is in the picture..., but it's true that I can't wait to find out the solution, because it seems a very nice peak to me too and it's worth visiting.
