urbanček is right, sirt1, of course it has a name! I also had to take the latest Karavanke guide by Klemen Janša to learn about all Košuta ridges and ridge peaks. It sounds a bit complicated, but it's not!

Dear otiv, my little pictures really don't trouble you! It's true Ostrv or Zadnja Košuta-2104 m as the last peak of Macesja ridge, which is behind Tegoška gora ridge and before Košutnikov turn. Macesje has five peaks - Užnik, Perilnik, Macesje, Stolpa and as last Ostrv.
