In this topic we could write when they start collecting parking fees (Vrata, Vršič, Mangart, Ribičev laz etc)
How much?
I heard they start collecting around 5 a.m.

From 5 o'clock onwards, toll to Vogar, i.e. Planina Blato, 10€...personally verified...gotta go to the mountains early so something's left for the sausage ...what can you do, that's how it is...it's true most climbs on the road are asphalted, so the drive is nicer...pleasant hiking in the Bohinj mountains...good luck

Oh, thanks, parking or toll doesn't bother me otherwise, but I go to the mountains at least 20x/season and it adds up.

Parking at Dom pri Savici 5 - 8 EUR, I don't remember.

Whoever goes to the Dolomites to Tre Cime (real hikers don't drive up from Cortina where they charge 20 EUR allegedly) from South Tyrol's Sexten parks at Hotel Dolomitenhof. Paid parking - machine with barrier! But I came down later (around 7pm) and the barrier was already up so I just drove out without paying

And who knows about the toll road to Dolomitenhütte near Lienz if one can avoid payment? OK, one way is to arrive before 7am when they start. Otherwise, can one park at Kreithof where toll collection starts and if there's a hiking path to the hut?

At Savica it's 3 eur, yeah. Well, last time (Saturday around 10.30) no one wanted to take it from us, we were really looking for someone to pay .-).

Can anyone tell what the current regime and price for parking or car access to Tamar is?

In Tamar driving is allowed only to landowners, the hut keeper and GRS. No barrier, just a no-driving sign. Last year fine was 40€, inspectors often there if you dared to drive there.
You can feel it, that hour and a half to two (there and back) , because all tours above Tamar are serious and long.
The best and free option is by car to Planica and then by bike

Yesterday in Zadnjica at the parking lot before the barriers all present received "Municipal wardens' notice"- explanation that we can expect a payment order for a traffic offense fine.
As far as I looked around, there is no sign prohibiting either driving or parking. Small "no parking and stopping" sign is the only one among others on a wooden pole before the barrier on the right road to Zadnjica, which of course cannot apply to the parking lot.
I wonder where the Bovec wardens got the idea of a traffic offense?
Who knows anything about this? E.g. Igor?
