Yeah, everything is true. I wouldn't vote for him even in dreams as I said, but here he actually remained the only sober one.
What's it about? The law now is based on the principle of coercion. We all agree it's outdated and sufficient but not necessary condition for ra*pe.
The 'no means no' solution would be better. It wouldn't be ideal either, but those edge cases where a woman can't say no (mouth taped e.g.) would be few.
What will happen now? The wording says roughly that ra*pe is if the victim doesn't consent or doesn't express it with their actions.
Since I've followed it a bit, I know the lesbian-feminist lobby initially demanded even that only consent be the criterion, regardless of actions, even that partner must ask for every thing if he can do this or that. So they'd absolutely kill the charm of spontaneous sex, or psychologically cas*trate men, which was also the intent.
When they saw it wouldn't pass, they agreed to compromise that victim can express consent with actions too. But we're in gray area and on sexual ground. Did alleged victim express consent with actions or not? Very stretchy.
Unjust verdicts will fall on both sides. The right one won't win, but the one who can portray the situation to his advantage, or the one with better lawyer who'll profit from such cases.

Ah yes, I'm fed up with this world where various antivaxxers and conspiracy theorists lecture us. Don't need Viagra yet, so I'll go get vaccinated, last sex I hope managed without it, though that might be sweeter death.

I also strongly agree with you. Einstein's quote is still very relevant and eternal.
I also agree with the measures of our great leader JJ. He led us out of the great Corona crisis, which is practically and successfully ended. Restrictions are virtually crossed out. We can go to taverns, cultural events, vacations etc. Bravo JJ and his team, healthcare workers. And our Primož has great merits for successfully convincing thickheads and antivaxxers as a strange bunch!
