Regarding mandatory vaccination I'm also against, unless it were really force majeure. Perhaps at most for certain groups and professions.

Van, there is no "force" for someone to legitimately carry out mandatory vaccination with experimental vaccines. And on the other side, if there were "force" people would mass decide for vaccination and we wouldn't debate here at all.

Leading human rights org in Europe is Council of Europe, separate from EU. Its member and signatory of "European Convention on Human Rights", treaty for protecting rights, democracy, rule of law, is also Republic of Slovenia. Council of Europe on 27.1.2021 with convincing majority (115 FOR 2 AGAINST) adopted binding resolution no. 2361 (2021) for all members incl Slovenia. Said Resolution ensures citizens informed vaccination not mandatory and no one subject to political, social or other coercion to vaccinate if they don't want. No one discriminated for deciding not to vaccinate due to health risks or other reasons.

Question if you were even born then, pontificating here. Elders told me they saw no case of forced vaccination. If they drove around it was because people didn't have phones then, let alone internet. If not told, they wouldn't have known about the disease (as it would be better this time)

I was already in this world, no worries.
I read an interview with a retired doctor who said they were sent to Kosovo on short notice back then, where they actually went around with the army vaccinating people.
As for the referendum, I've always not cared about referendums triggered just to show who has the bigger one, no matter who proposes them. I went to the most important ones: independence, NATO, EU, arbitration and maybe a few more. Referendums where my presence would just help someone to orgasm don't interest me.
