Article 131
(1) Whoever on account of difference in nationality, race, colour, religion, ethnic origin, sex, language, political or other belief, sexual orientation, financial status, birth, genetic heritage, education, social position or any other circumstance deprives someone of any human right or fundamental freedom recognised by the international community or laid down by the constitution or law or limits such right or freedom or whoever based on such discrimination grants someone a special right or benefit shall be punished by a fine or imprisonment of up to one year.
(2) The same penalty shall be imposed on anyone who persecutes an individual or organisation for advocating equality of people.
