Heh, one interesting fresh example that says a lot. Cousin’s son 18 years old. At the beginning of the year recovered, later 2x vaccinated with Pfizer, today reinfected (cold, headache, little fever, just like the first time).
What does this tell a reasonable person. New variants appear as quickly in Covid as in other colds, so they will NEVER succeed in containing them with any vaccination. Regardless of the interest in vaccination, neither logistically nor developmentally possible, because practically you'd have to vaccinate your whole life with boosters that would of course be adapted each time to the new variant.
So, what can I say. Obviously we don't have 1.3 million vaccinated, but maybe at most 50,000 of those with 3rd dose, and even for them the protection, whatever it is, is expiring.
