The proportion of (un)vaccinated population and the number of Covid-19 infections are not related. I saw a scientific article at the link: https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s10654-021-00808-7.
The publication date of the scientific article is 30. 9. 2021. The impact factor of the scientific journal European Journal of Epidemiology (5-year average) is 9.1.

Some things are theory, some practice.
Was in Italy for the weekend. Given the stupid measures they have, probably only vaccination rate really saves them.
First, masks outdoors are obviously mandatory, as about 80-90% of people wear them. We already said that's a dumb measure.
PCT (Green Pass with them) is not needed to enter anywhere in any closed space (visited cafeterias, churches, museum, shopping center - no one asked for it) but it was mandatory e.g. on the provisional ice rink they set up in the city center outdoors, where there aren't really many contacts between people anyway.
In the bar or cafeteria at the counter, where they crowd one over the other, you don't need a Green Pass, but to sit at a table yes.
In short, who would understand. As I say, vaccination rate saves them. Per capita now as ours is declining, they have about half as many infected as us (e.g. 21000 on Saturday).

I'd say that in countries where vaccination rate is high, they don't need to have drastic measures, the lower it is, the more they need them. Then it evens out approximately and the impression is that vaccination doesn't affect the number of infections.

And not only for that. Also for bribing the compliant profession. Just on the Balkans a few years ago they paid over 50 million $ fine for bribing the "profession" that some trust so devotedly. Van, regarding the number of infections it's completely senseless to compare different countries with different testing scopes. We have had testing everywhere for months, unmatched in Europe. More testing, more official infections. The other is indeed the proportion of vaccinated, but in the sense, more unvaccinated, more testing, more detected cases. As simple as that.
That's why every country is afraid to test the vaccinated, because they know that the one who does it first will have by far the highest number of infected in the world

As I recently wrote, we should go back to basics or back to the roots as they say. Especially now after 2 years, when our ˝experts˝ say things are getting worse all the time. Science is based on questions, research and answers. I don't know why we shouldn't ask completely legitimate questions 
Everyone should ask themselves:
- How many people in Slovenia actually died BECAUSE OF covid? We know it's not 5000, because the experts themselves said at the beginning of the epidemic that all deaths WITH covid are counted in statistics, even if they are 100 years old. Is it 1000 people? 500? 100? This is a very important question because everything stems from it. If no one has an answer, then all theory and practice collapses from here.
- How can science even talk about an epidemic if it doesn't have even an approximate reliable data on the number of deaths?
- How dangerous is the disease with 0.14% mortality (WHO) to the general population? What were the criteria for declaring an epidemic/pandemic from this perspective until 2020?
- What is the average age of covid deaths and what is the average life expectancy in Slovenia?
- How come with the appearance of covid-19 flu practically disappeared considering previous years of severe outbreaks when it demanded over 100 deaths in SLO?
- What does the comparison of flu mortality (0.30 - 1.00%) and covid mortality (0.14%) tell us?
- How come years ago during flu epidemics we saw footage from ukc where patients lay in corridors due to overcrowding, but now there's none?
- Is the method of detecting infection with HAG and PCR even appropriate and is the number of PCR test cycles appropriate?
- Are the Slovenian tests from seller Majbert Pfarm appropriate and reliable?
- Why is it necessary for the first time in history to test healthy population without symptoms and where is the evidence that covid as the first and only respiratory disease is transmitted asymptomatically?
- Why not test the vaccinated if studies show they transmit the virus to the same extent as unvaccinated?
- How to explain that in developed countries with good healthcare (Germany, France, Denmark, Netherlands, Norway,.....) in 2020 there was no unexpected mortality detected (per STATISTA portal)?
- What in SLO is the cause of 30% drop in treatment of cancer patients and patients with other severe chronic diseases? Where to look for causes of the outstanding increased mortality in SLO in 2020 compared to other countries?
- How will limiting access to healthcare services with PCT condition affect the health status of the population and mortality?
- Why were experimental vaccine technologies used in the most massive vaccination in history and what is the risk if something goes wrong?
- Why did Sweden with open schools, open premises and non-mandatory masks have a better picture than Slovenia?
- How can after more than 50% vaccination of the population and one year addition of recovered the situation be worse than the year before?
- Why is this the first epidemic in history where the situation gets worse from year to year regardless of vaccination, in other cases there was one distinct peak and then decline? And why are new variants for the first time in history more dangerous than previous ones?
- How do I know I have Omicron if experts say tests don't detect it and how does Slovenian expertise know when Omicron will appear in Slovenia?
- Why is the amount of antibodies not considered as PCT condition?
- Why are scientists and doctors with different opinions censored and discredited for the first time since the Middle Ages?
- Why is it that the more scientists say covid will fade into a common cold by spring, the more pressure there is for mandatory vaccination?
- Why do covid departments reject qualified volunteers but include the army, even from abroad?
- By what logic does unvaccinated threaten vaccinated or violate their right to health?
- Why does our leading expertise still use the term BECAUSE OF despite lack of scientific arguments? For example, today 13 people died BECAUSE OF covid.

Looks like I rightfully blocked julius, he belongs to those few percent on the extreme negative side of the Gaussian curve. Actually he doesn't even grasp that those speaking to him haven't listened to him for a long time.
And we already said who the candle-lighters are. Those who since the war until today erect monuments at every dog spot where something 'terrible' happened during WWII (poor some biggg action that kicked Germans in the ass or poor someone fell there) or nothing happened. There they lit candles to their poor heroes, we too when in school had to go to their dog processions they organized for the day of the dead and anniversaries. To their gods they bow even today worse than some primitive tribes to their totems.
@Becar: I didn't read all points but for Sweden we already explained a lot why. And it didn't have better but at times even worse picture.
Why antibody amount is not PCT condition? Because it says nothing else than you were vaccinated or in contact with virus. Which PC also says.
BECAUSE OF or WITH covid. Antivaxxers claim that in statistics everyone who just had virus but not necessarily got sick. Although virus could contribute to death there too.
But I'll tell you the opposite case. My colleague's father died three, four weeks ago. About half year ago he recovered from covid. After that he was never the same as before. Constant health problems. Do such count in statistics? No, only direct deaths from virus. And how many such there are. And there will be more years after epidemic is over!

Sweden had the same mortality in 2020 as in 2018. In 2019 it was slightly lower. Compare with Slovenia, you'll see the difference immediately.
