Well, today the command came from Brussels that for Slovenia money from the "peace fund" won't be enough for Ukraine, but we in Slovenia WILL HAVE TO produce and send ammo there too. Nice huh, especially when we have money to spare and such nicely arranged healthcare, LTC, roads, average wage is 4000 EUR, bills are decreasing....

Here's @Becar a typical Golob bluff! He knows well not only that it would cost us, but we simply don't have production capacities and capabilities he's babbling about. Just to be likable, yes partly EU too as you say, but also to domestic voters who, contrary to what you claim, are more on Ukraine's side. Precisely because war is not a children's game, it's all the more important who is on which side.
Every smart person is of course against war, but if it starts and potentially (given that we know what Russian appetites are like) threatens us too, action must be taken.
I'm far from saying that the entire EU is right, but I don't want Russians here in Slovenia, let alone Putin, amen. Now you all (both those on Russia's side and those on EU's) agree on the strategy. Either we resist, or we submit. It's not black and white, I know.
The EU also makes mistakes. The latest was for example the threat from the UK with depleted uranium. What was that for? Generally I don't know why they announce so much how we're sending and will send weapons to Ukraine. Send them and shut up!
