But it was tiring Or rather, we were tired.

@šodrovec So you won't think it's from your side.

panda, we're guessing peak, (witty) owner and his cap, was just first aid. If you'd browsed this portal, you'd quickly find out who it is (which you did), if a bit more, from his posts, you'd discover which peak too. Well, let me repeat once more what viharnik already said, that day we met on Stenar..., - does it go now (so - browse Hribi.net)?

@šodrovec Maybe it's Križ, which is nearby there. Photographed at Stenar Gates

Good morning everyone. Hope you've cared for the birds this winter too. I'm staying at the computer today too, as it's too cold for my lungs. LP from sunny center of green gold.

I see you're all outdoors. Don't know if we solved yesterday's riddles?

One-word riddle. How long a rope would be needed for descent into Matkov škaf in spring with heavy snowfalls after winter.

An exact answer is not possible with a number of meters. But otherwise - enough to reach the ground.

Exactly @miri In literature I saw that they measured even 24m. Man, one can hardly believe it.

I protest, how can it be exact if there's a 4m difference? Only my answer is correct, because it's different every year!

@lingo I'm not a judge, just a mountain lover and what's connected with them. But should have written "approximately" at the question. In life it's often said if,if,if....

And now, when there is snow, you're descending into the depths. Do you think it's warmer there? According to literature I read recently, it's devilishly cold there too. Otiv, stay on the surface.

Hello @tisa It just came to mind, and I've been there many times, you can't imagine what a tub it is. The whole Ljubljana could wash in it, if it were feasible.

Well, now curiosity torments me even more. I've been going to Matkov kot for years but haven't made it there yet. Supposedly the path to the tub is very demanding, as I read, if I remember correctly. It must be unique. Just don't know how long the snow will hold with the warmer atmosphere. The Triglav glacier is probably gone or very small, I don't know. Sad all together.

how many (still) glaciers are there in Slovenia and their names?

Bohinj glacier, Glacier under Skuta, Soča glacier and Triglav glacier. If there's any other, I don't know.

Triglav glacier and glacier under Skuta. For Viharnikova glava it might be Planja.
