You already need to be a bit careful on the ascent to Matkov škaf, but more so not to fall into it.
Thanks to the late Zoran I was even at the top of Mrzla gora then. One unforgettable tour in terms of heartfelt luck. Mrzla gora is not for everyone, but I don't want to scare. Everyone feels it when they climb up to it.
With the riddle though I don't know if we've solved it?

Another interesting thing in Matko's kot is the flower Lepi čeveljc. It blooms just when the škaf is deepest, and that's in May.

I certainly won't climb Mrzla gora, already because of the name But I believe you that the feelings were unforgettable.
Missing are šodrovc or viharnik. I think they are breaking trail somewhere at 2000 or higher, so we won't solve the riddle by evening.

Lepi čeveljc is really a masterpiece of nature. Botanists would explain it especially well, for me it was unforgettable when photographing. Look it up if you have a handbook on mountain flowers.

I don't know if you've all been on some glacier, but it's a special mountaineer's experience. For me it was like that, you walk somewhat distrustfully here and there, looking into some crevasse. Our Himalayans would describe it even better.

for mass-visited glaciers there are also detailed maps of glacier hazards(crevasses, seracs...)
