Let me repeat once again, - a peak with the same name is also located in the Tržič area and is the lowest namesake(!) of the peak we're guessing, but this one is not in the Tržič area, but somewhere completely different.
If you think you've figured out where this peak is, (namesakes - wrong , you've listed quite a few) also tell its approximate location (not in the Tržič area! - there is only its lowest namesake).

I'll lick a bit more:
Considering large and medium peaks and towers around Tržič, these could come into consideration:
a)Veliki vrh of Begunjščica
b)Srednji vrh of Krnčica
or - don't know these:
c)Turn below (Prisojnik, Razor, Črni Vogal, Laška planja...)

a) Plešivec (2184) in Loška stena / Plešivec below Tolsta Košuta
b) Vrh Brda 2152 above Soča / Veliko Brdo 516 near Tržič
