Hiking and weight loss

My contribution too nasmeh Two years ago I tackled the stress and excess weight problem. Weight is a combination of proper diet and regular exercise, at least 3x weekly you have to sweat for 40 minutes.

Diet:
- at least 5 meals/day, best at the same times (e.g. 7h,10h,13h,16h,19h depending on schedule).
- abundant varied breakfast with all components (carbs, proteins, fibers)
- snack fruit (one piece, e.g. apple)
- lunch normal varied
- afternoon snack proteins (yogurt, kefir etc)
- dinner proteins and veg

General diet rules:
- no carbs after lunch
- avoid high GI food (white bread, white flour pasta, white flour sweets, potatoes)
- no eating 2h before bed

Such "diet" is not hard, no hunger, but maintains weight only, not lose. For losing need exercise.

For hills per experience need aerobic training for body to hold "oxygen balance" long term. Layman: fitness. Plus muscle strength (mass), usually weights, or exercises (leg squats etc) till muscles burn. After no carbs but steaks! Muscles heal with protein, gain mass/strength. Recommend gym smart; not all for all, what you want (leg power, lose belly, maintain fitness...).

Training e.g. 40min sweat (fast walk Šmarna Gora for Ljubljana folks, though fast you top in 30min or less nasmeh).

Hiking itself not for "weight loss" cuz need energy/carbs supplied. Short: no hunger then, but better steak after valley return than schnitzel and fries nasmeh

The recipe is very simple: REGULARLY hike mountains, run, bike, do mobility/strength exercises etc. In short move and change lifestyle!

But all this involves "suffering" i.e. for every result gotta "endure" quite a bit, people don't want thatzavijanje z očmivelik nasmeh

Rule for healthy body reshaping simple: NO PAIN, NO GAINmežikanjenasmeh

Most of us are bothered by extra weight ("bothers"; the word has a broad meaning here) and we want to get rid of it because it lowers the quality of life. I support everyone in their efforts, and without knowledge ("theories") it won't work, just like without movement - whether hiking in the hills or something else. But we don't need mockery - many have experienced it since childhood.

@dprapr: less than 10 months, after that I'm with the same kg here and there.
And yeah, all the time I ate bread too. You can walk 10 km on flat ground every day, eat like before "weight loss" and the kilos won't go down unless you overcome 1000 m elevation every day, but after the diet ends and with little movement you're backzavijanje z očmi but during "diet" I was almost always fullvelik nasmeh

Love yourselves as you are, kg up and down mainly, as long as there aren't some 50 kg too many.

I often grill because I like the fire element. It also energetically cleanses us when we look into it. Of course with ćevapčiči, cutlets, potatoes, zucchini, in autumn also peppers, corn and some apple at the end in embers, the kilos go up quickly. Such food made on fire also has a lot of yang active energy, not to mention the taste due to charcoaljezik. Last time I roasted delicious chestnuts right on gas in an old alu. containermežikanje.

I managed to lose 14kg in half a year. Now I have 63 kg at 175cm height, just right for a good cyclist.nasmeh
How to lose weight and maintain desired weight.?
Simple.! Burn as much as you eat.velik nasmeh
More smaller meals (5) daily, familiarize with glycemic index of foods, drink lots of plain WATER or mineral water and not juices.! Alcohol has very high caloric value but 1dl per day after lunch ok!, start physical activity in fat burning zone (C2) at least first 30min then raise pulse a bit. During longer activity drink and eat. Don't starve the body, otherwise it reacts opposite and starts storing reserves and burns proteins (muscles). Move regularly in nature, cycle, hike in mountains and think positively, at end of activity mandatory stretching of muscles,..allzadrega
Don't fall for miracle weight loss pills as they don't work.
I give all these tips from my own experience and wish you all the best.

In these times it's probably harder to think positively than to lose 30kg.!!
Positive thinking for me is to forget (disconnect) from daily problems, worries, job,.. and think about something nice, about what inspires me and drives me forward to new victories.nasmeh
