Now I believe you really had a snowstorm. The kids who are in Lj insisted it's snowing heavily ( but I couldn't imagine it was that bad ) now into the snowy morning and to the nearby hill to see how it looks? - Gora Oljka is already waiting for me!! Regards and have a nice day

Since Mr. Geppo isn't quite under the right impressions yet of what actually happened in Ljubljana until late at night, I'm providing some morning scraped impressions from Pržanja-Lj.

Well it's not the first time that some snow has fallen in Slovenia

yeah and? it's always nice to see how nature surprises us. suddenly even in the middle of the city you're a witness to its power and beauty. ljubljana hasn't been this beautiful for a long time.

Currently Ljubljana has 44cm right behind Vojsko and Vogel with snow height, that's how much there is!

What does this have to do with the hills??

As much as you and those two behind. Look at the title!

It's snowing! In Škofja Loka, Ljubljana, which aren't in the hills. And what's wrong with the two behind? As a user I couldn't log in just as Peter, so I added the two. Then it worked. While we're on the subject, I'm logged in under my real name and not hiding behind some "tree". And what does this have to do with hills again? I believe most of us are excited by the snow, but I think no one will have an easier path to the mountains if we show how much snow fell in cities and how badly the streets are plowed. No hard feelings!

I don't know who will fare well in the mountains in these conditions. Here it's snowing heavily and currently you can reach the main road only with an SUV... The beautiful viharnik tree is a symbol of the high mountains, in it we discern the history and power of mountain nature, as it has endured much up there and matches the mountain names on Hribi-net.

I thought only Zlodej is cynical on this forum.

High spirituality includes also precision and principles. If talking under title-Snowing-, then I don't know who is the black sheep?.

Viharnik, I just won't argue with you here. First read the website title, then decide where you'll post snow pics from your town every few hours. Regards

Yes, Peter, I can still read for now. If you don't like something, then don't read the SNOWING section!.

Guys, go outside to shovel snow, and your negative energy will pass right away. And I wish you lots of enjoyment.

I've already shoveled almost too much: street in front, behind, neighbor's parking lot, now caring for my cold mom and lunch prep still awaits me too, washed dishes already this morning after shoveling.

This has to do with hills, so every "normal" person when they look out doesn't go near elevations, hills, mountains or slopes where the slope is greater than the angle of repose! If it's like this in the lowlands, what must it be like in the mountains! I'm not talking about Kredarica (unfortunately the only avalanche station... etc.). In the mountains much more snow has fallen than in the lowlands (that was fully expected). Any ascending, skiing and other activities are advised against. In addition, there's fresh snow (a nice hike can turn into a calvary). In consideration (in my area) only Mrežce, and other relatively unexposed peaks... Arguing why, how, what for, please put on the sidetrack or open a special section "who I don't like on the forum and why not?" Go for tea in our alpine valleys, walk in the nearby area. That's my advice. It's snowing really crazy! If I manage to get out of the house I'll do a profile and send you the data... Have a nice day.
