Evening hike, started from Ukova at 18h. Path bare, only at bridges over Ukova and at Kalvarija a bit of snow. Lp

Today's conditions.. parts of path bare, parts very icy, iciest from Ukova to Kalvarija. Down path to Tomšičeva, same, bare-icy.. Lp

Today again late afternoon jaunt, to top (at 17:35) no light needed, just enough light to follow path. Back down normally with light nasmeh

Path OK, except some small icy bits to Kalvarija. Top no nice views, foggy. Lp

First to Jeseniški rovt via the second path as usual, first one branches off between the two little bridges over Ukova, this second one around 20m after we cross the second bridge. But this second path is steeper and harder to follow in some sections. Both paths join at the water intake a bit higher. Then to Lenčkov špik and to JK. Still some snow on the path a bit further from Jeseniški rovt and some patches under Lenčkov špik. Lp

At the spring both trails from Ukova merge

Went to check fresh snow nasmeh

on top about 15cm fell.. but muddy and slippery. Lp

Today completely different from Saturday, only some snow patches left, melting fast nasmeh

In the shade there is still a bit more snow

On the scenic rock a few minutes below the summit

Haha yes, towards Kalvarija had to really jump left and right a bit, path was a stream in the afternoon nasmeh

over little bridges on Ukova more carefully, they are a bit tricky when wet

In the afternoon the sun shone briefly, so I quickly decided to go up there, on the top a shower caught me nasmeh

For a few seconds I caught a bit of view

Just before Kalvarija the end of the slab (not for long..)

Hi. I know this isn't a question for this topic but anyway, if any of you locals knows, what's the road to Olipova planina above Koroška Bela like? Passable with an SUV or in too poor condition?
Any info would be welcome nasmeh

Afternoon right after the rain ended up there nasmeh

The first little bridge over Ukovo is in increasingly poor condition

Below the summit, very slippery, especially on descent

Since the logbook was almost full (only half a page left), I took up a new one today for signing nasmeh

the old one has the whole of last year and part of 2020 too. I know lots of people go up here regularly but don't count their entries in the book.. maybe we could have "Conqueror of Jelenkamen" sometime like there's Conqueror of Španov vrh for example nasmeh

You can get across Ukovo even after rain, it hasn't risen much

Another evening visit to this peak. A bit further from Kalvarija to the top very foggy. Path muddy, snow starts a bit before the top, about 5cm on top. Lp

Some new snow again, about as much as last time. Path to top not yet trodden, but the path via the duckboards was already trodden, which I took back towards Tomšičeva. Foggy in upper part of path, muddy and very slippery all along. Lp
