sandy, that wild rooster is gone. And in winter they usually aren't seen. It stayed before Hruščanska planina.

Klek, yesterday... We drove through Plavški Rovt to the end of the road. The gate, approx. 100 m before the end of the road is closed but not locked, livestock is already grazing. At Rožca saddle there is a campsite with views. "Czechs", said the shepherd at Jes. planina. Arnica blooms along the path, views beautiful. Nice and close.

Klek over Rožca and further towards the hut below Golica...
Path to Klek is nice and some crocuses and snowdrops bloom along the way. Spring is slowly awakening. Further towards Jekljevo saddle there's still quite some snow. To the hut I went via the lower path. It's varied, up and down, some scree at the end. Down to the valley past Fenc, path in poor condition. Views from Klek, wonderful.

Yesterday first time to Klek from Rogarjev Rovt, where there were
still some narcissus. In the afternoon from Hruška planina onwards I met no more people, so the silence came even more to the fore, now that planes don't disturb it

Jeseniška planina.. Winter is showing in the temperatures. Path icy, markings sufficient for locals. For first-timers on this path, one might get a bit lost, as there are paths everywhere.

Bojan in December in winter fairytale, we on Saturday admiring various flowers. From Rogarjev Rovt to Hruščanska planina, livestock just brought to the pasture. On to Rožca to Klek. Views beautiful, lots of flowers, from crocuses to gentians, fritillaries, orchids and of course narcissus. Precisely because of the diverse flowers we prefer to go left or right of Golica. From Klek we went a bit along the ridge towards Golica then turned to Hruški vrh, then steep descent to the planina. But for a reason, so many narcissus! Nice loop, 1,000m ascent, 14 km. We caught the right time for flowers.
