Yes, the path exists, if you want GPS - I don't rely on it myself, you just have to put in a little effort and ask at the pasture. We found the path with little effort. If you find the start, it's quite followable after that. Back then we went to Slatna, Kreda and Vogle. Beautiful path, we had nice weather too.

I chose the more standard variant instead. To the saddle and to Kreda via Slatna. Then on top of Kreda I peeked if any path down is visible but didn't find it. Continued over Vogle, Zelnarici, Kopica and Tičarici.

Noticed that on Mali Zelnarica there's a stamp for Velika Zelnarica zmeden

Yesterday nice autumn, almost golden tour for the end of the warm period. nasmeh

Pl. Blato - Pl. pri Jezeru - Pl. Dedno polje - direct to Kreda - Slatna - Vogli - Zelnarici - Kopica - Tičarici - Pl. Ovčarija - Pl. Blato. jezik

On Pl. Dedno polje the path to Kreda starts behind Pl. Laz sign, then at start keep more left, at one junction I built a cairn where right is needed, as left continues a nice path that I think joins the Za Kopico path, then all fairly clear to the ridge. mežikanje

Continuation of my full route is fairly known, on both Tičarice there are stamps at the same height, also on V. Tičarica a nice path is visible close up, not too hard, about crossing the ridge between the peaks let someone else say. zmeden

It turns a bit to the right, then we keep to the left

On Saturday we did a really nice trip over all five peaks as in the title nasmeh

. I did a similar trip over twenty-one years ago nasmeh

, only Kreda was missed then. It was too far from Slatna. This time we decided to put it first on the list and attack it directly from Dedno polje. Well, it didn't go without hitches, we fiddled a bit with the start moving from one path that got lost to another, when we almost threw the gun into the corn, we stepped on the right one, at least it turned out later nasmeh

So Kreda, Slatna, Prvi Vogel, Srednji Vogel and Zadnji Vogel, return via saddle Vrata (Vratca) back to start. Still some snow patches on the way, nothing critical, nice to look at, as the sight cools you a bit nasmeh

Although recently we were firmly decided not to pay for that parking, this time we made an exception nasmeh

. I don't know how others thought, but already at six no space at parking, had to park by the road, where there was some logs stacked in places.
We estimated about 1500m ascent with this tour, we weren't completely alone, met some on Slatna and one nice young couple on the last peak.
So, no longer such a solitary tour as it used to be. But the path from that Zadnji Vogel seemed more traceable than before, and somehow less annoying than previously.
Sometimes you didn't meet anyone in Dolina za Kopico, as even in the last Mihelič guide it says it's the loneliest valley, which surely doesn't hold today.

Yesterday on Slatna and Kreda.
From Dedno polje for a while along Dolina za Kopico, where we soon branched right towards the saddle between Prvi Vogel and Slatna.
Not too hot on the peaks yet, back on the hunting path towards Dedno polje it was properly hot.
Stop at the hut on the pasture with friends and home.

On Saturday, 5.7.2025 on Slatna and Kreda, two grassy two-thousanders. From Dedno polje along Dolina Za Kopico and unmarked path to the tops. Return same way.
Early July here is a real botanical paradise, lots of flowers. Especially lots of edelweiss and black crowberries on pathless slope just below Slatna summit. From junction with main path met only a group of 8 hikers, otherwise alone on summit, well, we spotted one marmot. Although Kreda is a bit lower, it has a more pronounced high alpine position. Views to surrounding peaks are wonderful. Also far down to pasture V Lazu. On return accordion playing at pasture pri Jezeru. Caught a nice sunny day. nasmeh

Lots of butterflies, one waited to be photographed.

Izstopa Kopica looks really unusual in real life.

On the unmarked section the path occasionally gets lost a bit.

On the steep pathless section full of gentians.

The road to Planina Blato is closed. Snow starts continuously towards Planina Pri Jezeru from the upper parking lot onwards.
In the morning it's frozen, not icy, starts melting around 10am. I used all winter technical equipment. Quite strong sun!
