Križevnik from Robanov kot 25.6.2022
With "rozka" we agreed the day before which "paths" to tackle. Finally, agreement after reviewing the available documentation. cool

At 5am we park at the start of the entrance to Robanov kot. In the hazy morning light we look for the hidden bridge over Bela - wet, slippery!!
Just like "zokipoki" describes on the way back, that he had trouble with log bridges, so did we. All different!!
Past Turnce, we descend into the cirque between sheer walls, where there should be (from memory) the abandoned passage to Bevškova planina. We barely find it - no tracks that anyone walks here anymore. Just in case we brought rope and the traverse was "easier" velik nasmeh

We continue up the gully to the hunters' traverse. Rest a bit and head higher. At the top of the gully wind greets us, cooling overheated bodies and ticks we carried along velik nasmeh

Don't linger long.
Descent to Robanov kot over the wall is just routine. Braking systems suffer, knees, sweat drips from nose, only 2dl water left and a sip of schnapps to cool the system. Some raindrops to slow descent speed.
After 11h30min back at start. At Igla throw ticks into Savinja, drink beer and home.

Today from Raven to the summit. Continuation to the bivouac and loop back. Larches nicely golden. nasmeh

Cleared trail, but very demanding to follow.

Slowly the circle will be closed. Raduha reigns in the back.

I was looking a few years ago for the turn-off to the bivouac (shortly after setup). The turn-off was marked with a cairn back then. Today the cairn is gone and the turn-off and the path through brushwood ahead are hard to find. Well, it worked anyway. mežikanje

The other two accesses to the bivouac are much easier to follow. nasmeh

You need to put in some effort, that's the charm of it all.
But some psychopath "marked" the connection between the bivouac and the marked trail on V.V. with red paint, arrows and circles every few meters jezen

I noticed that last year, this year I didn't go around there.

Križevnik 10.9.2023:
Ridges from Robanov kot to Križevnik demand a lot from a person to overcome them. So Vinko and I picked a nice day for this feat.
At the start above Ošep farm we parked in the dark. Then across Bela to pastures on the other side, cows still enjoying night peace. This time right gap to Turnica. In wonderful morning we puffed to Turnica which has nice memories for me, climbed it 8.6.2016 with Milan Leskovšek. https://www.hribi.net/trenutne_razmere/slo/krizevnik/3/3663/3
Forested ridge part offers plenty of enjoyment, when bare ridges start, climbing pleasures begin.
First ridge start is demanding, both silent after few meters.
Talk resumed higher when terrain eases but difficulty to top doesn't let up. Searching passages over spicy climbing details up there doesn't lack, each a pleasure itself. Wild nature around us and path variety spoiled us every step. Chamois don't mind, excitement squeals from our mouths too.
Upper brushy part along the very edge of Križevnik ridge. Some fighting with brushwood of course.
So much beauty on ridges in few hours worth every scratch and sweat drop.
Descended via hunting path to Robanova planina.
In Robanova valley at sight of Križevnik cliffs both grateful we enjoyed up there that day.
