Last week I had some slightly heavier ones and it was nice. 5cm fresh on top, groomed below, flying head almost to the ground on turns and grinning ear to ear nasmeh

Nice yesterday afternoon walk from Planina Jezerce to Veliki Zvoh, Krvavec summit and Križišče. Path without features, some snow still on Zvoh summit.

Saturday evening my friend and I experienced on Zvoh, where we climbed from Planina Jezerca hoping for a beautiful sunset. Whatever nature offers must be accepted and enjoyed and we enjoyed the views of the mountains and the sun, which clouds covered too soon. Path as usual interesting and easily passable. The last gasps of the snow cover on Krvavec provided solid skiing and joy. First we climbed to Zvoh, skied it down, climbed to Krvavec and skied to the starting point. As a bonus of the tour we stopped by the road on the slopes of Kriška planina and enjoyed the views of crocus, snowdrop and daffodil flowers. Every spring or summer I visit Krvavec and Zvoh at least once. 20 years ago I was almost at home here in summer and winter. This year regarding the flora, which I regularly describe-I mean mountain flowers-I missed at least a whole month. This year flowering is ahead by at least three weeks. What all is blooming right now you can see in the flowers. This time I started below Planina Jezerce. There isn't much parking space there-maybe only for four vehicles. Short ascent on the stony path and we're already at Planina Jezerce. Here they're currently building a huge object-where are the environmentalists-is everything really allowed?. Past the pond then above the road to Kriška planina. If you don't go to Krvavec really every year you quickly notice if there's anything new. On the way to the hotel on Krvavec there are new exercise devices, and we spot a new signpost. Soon we're at the former hotel and Plečnik's chapel. There I always ring for luck. You can't ring just three times-the bell sings several times. Then past the TV tower straight up the slope to the top of Krvavec. At the tower plaques commemorating the bombing of the tower I haven't seen yet either. The top of Krvavec disappoints me a bit. No one seems to care for the logbook box-no stamps anymore, no book. But there's a stamp. Then to the top of Zvoh. They're doing some work there now. Almost no water in the pool. But there's a novelty at the top of Zvoh. They've set up energy points with benches all over the top of Zvoh-great. Yesterday hikers were sitting on almost all benches. Then down to Tiha dolina. At the path to Tiha dolina they've set up that game with those baskets. I took pictures. I saw this for the first time on Pohorje. Tiha dolina is alive-lots of visitors. Then past the adrenaline park to the upper cable car station. The youth here diligently overcomes the climbing devices. They also have a camp and teach the youth avalanche awareness. Then along the road I exercise to my transport-it drags on. With leisurely walking and searching for mountain flowers I spent quite a few hours. The weather was nice, views of the surrounding peaks divine. Welcome!

The box is in whatever state it is - I don't know which PD maintains the paths on Krvavec.

Zvoh summit - the catchment is almost empty..

New addition on the slope of Zvoh summit made this year - energy parks.

Nice - almost all points were occupied - I hardly found two that were free.

Down to Tiha dolina - this huge object surprised me.

New safety railing - quite a tragic accident happened here many years ago.

Do you know this game - I don't, but I've already seen it on Rogla.

Krvavec really offers everything - for mountain bikers.

Now to the vehicle - you walk almost three quarters of an hour.

Velkavrh great tour, views divine. Those "baskets" are for disc golf. You throw frisbee into baskets, by certain rules. On Areh on Pohorje this thing is quite popular, also new mini golf at Ruška koča. Maybe on Krvavec they'll use this novelty with enthusiasm too. Just being in nature, whatever you do, is the greatest luxury. velik nasmeh

Stone thanks! Happy for every like and positive response. I was four days in the Dolomites, but home is the best! Tomorrow going with retirees a bit to Austria. Greetings.

Since the skiing season on Krvavec has already started, but I would go to Veliki Zvoh on foot, I'm interested if the path from Planina Jezerca described on Hribi.net crosses any ski slope? Thanks for answers.

On the described path you only need to cross 10 m of the Vrh Krvavca slope-spring slope (if you go over Vrh Krvavca you avoid that too), on the last slope to Zvoh there's enough space on the service road right by the fence (snowy only three quarters of the slope).
I was there today.

Yesterday I used the running race for this ideal ski viewpoint located almost 1400m above the parking lot. Not all slopes are active yet, so as a pedestrian I didn't endanger skiers big

, anyway with crampons you can go nicely right next to the ski slope. They come in handy also in the upper part of the path (before reaching the upper station of the cable car and the road), since there's still quite some ice on the trail. Although only the second day of operation, it was very lively 'on the beach'. The sun was scorching, no wind at all, so some of us decided to visit the summit, where it was a shade cooler.
