On Monday, start from Planina Jezerca, over Kriška planina, Dom na Krvavcu to Veliki Zvoh.
While there was fog in the lowlands for much of the morning, I had the luck to enjoy wonderful views of creamy clouds. Magnificent vistas on Kamniško Savinjske Alpe opened up.

Some pics from yesterday's afternoon hike to Veliki Zvoh. Weather gorgeous, nice views. Start Planina Jezerce, past Kriška planina to Dom na Krvavcu and on to Zvoh. Path easy, suitable for families with kids too. Nice greeting.

Yesterday on skis from the parking lot at Planina Jezerca. Fog, fog, fog... In between through the clouds the sun pressed hard once or twice, so I missed sunglasses. At the top of Zvoh a window opened as if by magic for a moment, allowing a view of a bit of Planjava, Brana, Turška gora, Rinka... All of course strictly limited from above and below and from left and right.

On the slopes there were about 15 cm of new snow, wet in places, crusty elsewhere, quite wind-packed. Only in the forest a bit above the parking lot I found about 80 meters mostly dry and untouched for a couple of nice turns. The six-seater wasn't running, nor the double chair to Zvoh. The pistes from the top of Zvoh and from Krvavec by the TV tower weren't groomed, which would have been great if not for the diffuse light and fog. Skiers, mostly wandering in the fog, we saw only a few.

At the car at Jezerca a Romanian stopped for a moment. Friendly guy in low boots and with a row of shirts nicely hung on hangers in the car was asking where to get to the gondola base station. He typed "Krvavec" into navigation, the smart device brought him to Jezerca to the ramp. We told him approximately where it is and that the road to the upper station is hard to drive without chains. Then he wanted to know again how far to the base station and when we explained the cable car is 600 to 700 vertical meters lower, he wanted to go on foot. We barely dissuaded him.

Otherwise the road to Jezerca is dry and drivable without issues.

Nice tour today over Krvavec to Veliki Zvoh. Starting point Planina Jezerca. Up to the top of Krvavec the snow was sinking a lot. Further to Zvoh pleasant walking. On the ridge to Vrh Korena in the afternoon snow sank a lot, so turned back to Zvoh. At the top met only one skier. It was really a nice spring day. Best regards.

Again a nice day for wandering around Krvavec. From pl. Jezerce over Vrh Krvavca to Veliki Zvoh. Up along ski slope without crampons. For descent put them on. There was nice weather, no wind. Also at Florjan I stopped. Most likely to break something is at parking lot, which is completely icy. Careful on road too, where there are lots of stones.

Today nice hike to the mentioned peaks. Started at Planina Jezerce, from there past the hut on Krvavec to the top of Krvavec. From the top of Krvavec to Veliki Zvoh and a bit further on the ridge to Koren. A little before the part called Jež-a turned back. To Zvoh the path is without special features. Further on the ridge winter gear is needed. Wonderful views, today met only one hiker. Nice mountaineer's greeting.

Yesterday during work quickly tested new skis. Start below Kriska planina. Plenty of snow, visibility there 70-150 cm.

Then pushed up for a while, then at the chapel of Our Lady of Snow realized it would be enough.velik nasmeh

Today I skied "old school" with narrow skis 63 mm under the bindings, and it went great too! velik nasmeh
