Today was a great day for hill walking. We were at Mrežce via Lipance and although usually constant wind on peaks above Lipanci, today at the top it was nicely warm, almost no wind, I'd rather stay up there. To Lipance still some snow, further to the top the snow is sun-exposed and there's still quite a bit, sinking with every other step, sometimes up to the butt. Down to the valley of course, via shortcuts

The ascent and descent are unique, walk and view of Triglav, whoever is crazy about it like me for example, this is really a nice opportunity to gaze at it, then you can head to Blejska Hut too, and for good food even to Zgornja Radovna, there in the Psjak inn they have good buckwheat pancakes, awesome, lp

Zvončica, you should see the descent, right parkeljc. Ideal conditions for skiing in gojzarji.
Because of rating pics I'm also in dilemma which star to click. The one on the left or the one on the right. Once I rated something, then only one star turned gold. But don't know on which side I clicked the star.

yeah I tried, a friend showed me how to ski in gojzarji, it's really awesome,
that stuff around stars and rating pics I don't get at all, but I love looking at pics,

sin narave, one star got colored for you cuz you clicked the first star. otherwise first star (left) is worst possible rating, last (right) highest. how many colored in multiple ratings is the average. simple as pasulj.

We started at Planina Zajavornik. Up to here road from Mrzli Studenec almost normally drivable. Road dry, morning frozen, some ice on sections, on return very muddy due to high temps. Bled Hut at Lipanca open. To Mrežce summit ascended circular via gentler path (to Viševnik), descended steep path direct to Bled Hut. Snow frozen, great for walking, sinking only on descent.
Despite nice weather no wind, met no one here today.

We were also on Mrežce on Saturday, weather fantastic, path fairly well trodden, due to thaw sinking in places,... Greetings savinjčan65, whom we met several times on the path on Saturday. Next is Viševnik, just the question is when the next free weekend.

We also decided next is Viševnik. The decision has been made to probably return in summer to Pokljuka and do a circular route to Viševnik and back to the hotel.

Really nice today at Mrežce. Start at Šport Hotel on Pokljuka. Path to Blejska hut is nicely trodden and also icy. For the way back maybe good to have microspikes, since it goes without but need to watch the step a bit more. Further from Lipanca to Mrežc narrow trodden track, not icy.
Day was nice, few people. Most went only to the hut, well a couple also to Mrežc summit.

At nine, the parking lot was still almost empty, the day nice and freshly washed. The road has been driven on, with visible consequences of the last storm in between. There is not much snow to the hut, on the way back even less in places, above the hut to Mrežc a nice track and 10 to 20 cm of snow, just right for comfortable walking. It was warm, views as usual from these mountains especially nice on Očak, on the return the fog had already risen a bit above the hut. The hut will be closed from 18 to 28 November, says the notice on it. Lots of people on the return, but it seems they didn't see the sun anymore. Oh, how this was missed...
