My memories of mountains through the lens

Print
otiv10. 12. 2010 11:04:41
First I would like to thank the forum leaders of Hribi.net who allow sharing everything that will follow. Many trips of mine wouldn't have succeeded without the help of the Celje mountaineering society Matica, or rather their mountain guides and the tireless initiator of trips Mr. Primožič, thanks to all, not forgetting my family and last but not least my parents who led me into the mountain world. Thanks mom.

To warm you up a bit when it's cold outside again, some flowery glimpses from mountains.
Sorry for some beginner troubles. Pictures are up instead of down.

You can photograph on the way to Raduha via Lanež, of course in flowering time.nasmehRegards

I know those flowers and I have some on hribih.net, more in my home archive.
Nicer photos, winter idyll,... flowers, I develop on A4 and frame and give to acquaintances, friends as gifts, or home on wall.
Regards!

My beloved mountain Raduha which brought me so many beautiful moments from the mountain world. With it I found remedy for my troubles, "indulged" in views from its summit, as there aren't many like that in our mountains. Got to know many mountain flowers and met some animals that many see only in pictures.
On Raduha it's really nice, and I think everyone knows that...
Raduha according to the weather forecast: snow up to 1800m1
Now we are already above 1800m2

There's still not much snow in the mountains and I use it to visit Veliki vrh and Zelenica. Two pleasant peaks that are separated by a good five minutes walk. From both a unique view of Ojstrica, which I'll go to later in spring.
I quickened my pace from Podvežak to catch the sunrise just below Deska.1

Raduha has also settled in my heart, and I don't know why, actually the Savinja mountains as a whole. A few years ago my sister and I wandered around these mountains for 5 days. From Golte to sv.Duha or Olševa and Solčava. It was unique, beautiful. Not to mention the hospitality of the Savinians. And that Solčava is like a jewel at that end, no need to emphasize. I haven't seen such cute villages.
Nice Otiv, wonderful pictures. I wish you many more hikes to Raduha, so that in silence and with full lungs you forget the valley and the troubles and worries connected with it.

Thanks for the nice wishes. Scanning is going slower for me, but I'm trying and I think my work is not in vain, as I see from your post, if I expressed myself correctly.

I am a romantic soul and I think I'm not alone among mountain lovers, so to all of you some little roses from rocky meadows.

Otiv, that you are a romantic soul is, believe me, mainly due to the mountains and such beauties that smile and beckon you on the way.
Wonderful little roses that delight only among rocks, high, away from people who don't see their beauty, don't admire it.
Cultivated ones, even if they are so beautiful, stand firmly in their shadow. How is it possible that in such harsh conditions something so beautiful and enchanting grows. Miracles of nature that we are sometimes too little aware of.

I see that you master the written word much better than I do. You could go as a screenwriter.velik nasmeh I would show more from home flowerbeds, but it doesn't belong on the forum. In front of our house it's always full of flowers from early spring to late autumn. That's why my mother-in-law often calls me "rožni jur". LP

When I mentioned that they are in deep shade, I meant mainly those flowers sold in flower shops. But I don't doubt that yours in front of the house are wonderful, but with the difference that you help them to that beauty. Mountain ones strive on their own, defy all weather adversities trying to destroy them. But they don't give in, that's why they are so beautiful and worthy of all respect.

Almost every mountaineer knows Ratitovec, that it greets you so "decorated" as it did us one October Sunday. You don't forget it even though it was blowing and the temperature was well below zero.

At the right time you were at the right place otiv.
The little spruces are wonderful, autumn-colored ground even more emphasizes their whiteness. Really artistic pictures.
Velika Planina and what's connected with it, not mentioning the views, is anyway paradise at any time.
Nice regards
