Hey, I'm wondering how far you can drive by car into Krma or do you still need to leave the car at the start and walk - Honda ahead?

Cleared about 1.5 km to the TNP sign, 5-6 parking spots, of course full these days, but some more parking spots lower down.

There were just over 40 of us, fun and nice in the hut. On the way back in the afternoon it sank a bit in the middle section, otherwise all good and no problems.

Well, my experiences from New Year's Eve.
Team super, we'll go to mountains together again.
Only sorry I didn't go on Wednesday with Uroš to the top of Triglav. Namely, on 1.1 fingers almost froze due to bad glove choice on the way to Triglav.
Also jealous of all who reached the summit. Maybe next week

Bravo to all who chose such New Year's Eve and succeeded. I believe you had a great time and will repeat it.(Maybe our jobs will allow similar sometime.)

After looking at the posts a bit more closely, I realized that Uroš was the initiator and promoter of New Year's Eve on Kredarica, so I'd ask Uroš if you could contact me via email nita10@email.si or leave some contact here. I'd like to learn some more details. More via email, so I don't take up space here unnecessarily.

With Janez this year for the second time at the end of the old year we stepped onto Triglav. 31.12. was really beautiful. Miha was also with us, but he had to turn back below Kredarica due to cramps. I took a few photos, then the batteries were empty. I'll add them tomorrow because I don't have the cable at hand. Of course I wish everyone happy 2009 and plenty of nice days in the mountains.

On 4.1.2009 in Krma valley - still in the flat part of the path to Kredarica, I lost a wristwatch (Tissot). If someone found it, please let me know.
By the way, the hike to Kredarica was wonderful - ideal snow conditions for winter hiking in the high mountains.
