Update from today: Hike Last meadow - Olševa has some light snow on the path until the part where view opens to remaining mountains. From there on dry. Snow maybe a few cm, no problem in low hiking boots without crampons. Downhill minimal slipping, poles help

Today from Slemena towards Govca.
Since it wasn't trodden, the approach to the ridge over the snowdrifts was tiring, and so it was until the junction with the path from Ošovnik, there I stepped on the footprints.
Wind was moderate, at times strong. It took 3 hours to the top, descent in the direction of the approach.

In winter time, I always take snowshoes with me, without them I've already gotten properly tired. You know what interests me, whether any tree has fallen across the path. I'm heading to Olševa, so I'd take appropriate tools with me. Lp. JanezS.

At two places the wind has bent some trees, so I expect that they will fall across the trail under the weight of the snow. Also lubader is active.
